One Walloon, the other Flemish. Both studied marketing, one in Ghent, the other in Mons. But their real passion was property. Together, the two business partners founded the estate agency 056.
2012
The founding of Immo Emeraude
Always on the lookout for new opportunities, Benjamin Dassonville and Philip Lazou decided to found the estate agency Emeraude Immobilier.

An 800 m² branch

In June 2013, the Mouscron teams moved into 400 rue de Menin.
After becoming number one in prestige sales in the Mouscron area, the estate agency decided to expand its business to Tournai.

Emeraude expands to Tournai
After becoming number one in prestige sales in the Mouscron area, the estate agency decided to expand its business to Tournai.

The founding of DL Groupe
DL Groupe was founded and named after the founders’ initials. The group includes the estate agencies 056, 069, 068, Immo A+, Wapi Syndik, B2B, GL Invest, DL Technik and Immo Emeraude.

Emeraude gets a fresh new look with this new logo!
The Tournai teams moved into brand-new offices on Boulevard Roi Albert. It was also an opportunity for the group to bring together the Emeraude teams and the other DL Groupe departments to further increase synergies.

At a time when the property market is evolving, it made sense for Emeraude to broaden its reach and move closer to Brussels with a new office, ideally located in Ath.

Emeraude Kortrijk relocates
The Kortrijk teams moved into their new premises at Brugsesteenweg 95. This move is the perfect opportunity to expand the team and increase our capacity, giving our clientele more space and a broader reach.
In 2025, Immo Emeraude moved into Wopp Coworking, Drève Richelle 161, Waterloo. A modern and dynamic new setting that reflects our commitment to growth and local roots. This strategic location allows us to strengthen our presence in Walloon Brabant, with an easier welcome and ever more personalised services.
